DO YOUR WATCHES COME WITH A BOX?
All our watches comes with the correct Retail Packagings and Papers, Exactly the same as you purchased it from any of the High Street Shops.
WHERE ARE YOU BASED?
We are based in the UK. All our products ordered before 2pm are dispatched the same day which means the majority of our UK customers receive their products the next day. We offer a 2-years manufacturers warranty for all of the brands that we are an Authorised retailer. For the brands that we are not an authorised retailer we offer a minimum of 2 Years Seven Rocks Warranty. Terms and conditions apply.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE 2 YEARS WARRANTY?

DO YOU COVER WATER DAMAGE?
Water Damage is generally not included in the warranty unless it was caused by a manufacturer defect.
As a generic rule we HIGHLY recommend to avoid swimming or using the watch in the shower for any watches with a WR below 200M
30M or 50M WR is NOT Water resistant, it will be splash proof at the most.
DO YOU STAMP THE WARRANTY PAPERS?
We Only stamp the papers for all the brands that we are an authorised retailer, for the other brands you will need to keep your invoice or packing slip as a proof of purchase to be able to benefit from our Seven Rocks Warranty.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT WRAPPING?
